As the words to the song Stayin’ Alive’ by the Bee Gees says ‘It’s alright, it’s okay – we’ll live to ski another day’ (slightly adapted for this event) – the biggest party of the year is about to be held.
Mt Buller Ski Patrol Celebrates 75 Years with ‘Stayin Alive at 75’ Volunteer Fundraiser Mixer at the Dump Inn.
On 9 August the Mt Buller Ski Patrol celebrates a historic milestone—its 75th birthday— and they are going large throwing the biggest party of the season - Stayin Alive at 75 – to be held at the Dump Inn at the Ski Club of Victoria.
Proudly supported by BSL, Bumps and Foodworks, this monumental event looks to celebrate the Mt Buller community, bringing together patrol members, volunteers, and supporters for an evening filled with music, fun, and fundraising, all in support of skills and training for our Volley patrollers.
DJs, Andy Murphy and Gaz Dempster (Australian F1 Grand Prix, Australian Open, and Melbourne Fashion Festival) will spin tunes from 8pm until late.
Limited tickets start at $75 and include a welcome drink.
There will be door prizes for best dressed and most generous donor, plus the opportunity to nab tickets to Lady Gaga, Oasis and Metallica concerts, plus limited edition 75th birthday merchandise.
Come and celebrate at the event of the season, dress in silver and gold to mark the occasion. Help us continue to help you, by coming and celebrating our birthday and ‘Stayin Alive at 75’.
