THE Mt Buller Chamber of Commerce held its annual pre-season get together at The Whitt with many of the well-known mountain business folk meeting up for drinks, a meal and social chat about the upcoming season.

The night went off wonderfully with everyone having a great time hosted by President Sox Philipasidi and his executive.

The AGM was also held at that time with the executive now being president, Sox Phil... vice president, rob Aivatoglou, secretary Rachel (Breathtaker) and treasurer Megan Secculls of Snowplay Tours.

Rob Aivatoglou said following the meeting that the association has a full membership which has grown over the past few years with a total of around 60 businesses enrolled.

the night also saw the launch for all operators across the mountain for the 2025 season.

Also present at the meeting were representatives of the ARV and BSL

"Discussion was held on several issues but overall there was great enthusiasm and excitement about the upcoming season," Mr Aivatoglou said.

And last week the annual joint chamber meeting was held with representatives from Buller, Mt Hotham and Falls Creek attending, along with Amber Gardner who represented the ARV and who gave an address to the meeting.

Next year's joint chamber meeting will be held at Mt Buller.
