The Mt Buller community has lost a long-time friend and passionate supporter with the passing of Felicity Moss, founder and former owner of Mogul Ski World.
Felicity passed away peacefully at home on Monday 8 June, surrounded by her loving family, following a short and courageous battle with cancer.
For four decades, Felicity was a respected figure within Australia's travel industry, building Mogul Ski World into the trusted business it is today.
Her passion for travel, commitment to her clients and genuine care for people touched countless lives.
Mt Buller held a special place in Felicity's heart.
She shared a long association with the mountain, including serving as an Alpine Commissioner, and many happy years watching her children Nick and Lucinda develop their love of skiing through the Mt Buller Race Club.
The friendships, memories and community she found at Buller remained an important part of her life.
Felicity's contribution extended far beyond business.
She was a mentor, a leader and an enthusiastic advocate for skiing and snow travel, helping generations of Australians discover a lifelong love of the mountains.
We are profoundly grateful for everything Felicity gave our industry and the wider snow community.
While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate an extraordinary life and a remarkable legacy that will continue to inspire us.
Our thoughts are with Felicity's family, friends and all those whose lives she touched.
