The 2025 winter season is far from over with much more to come in the next few weeks.
General Manager Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, Alan Arthur commented last week on the season that has seen a return to many visitors: “We’re thrilled to have seen a return to more traditional winter weather patterns this year, which have brought the most natural snow we have had since 2022 and seen all 19 lifts spinning!
“On the back of the great snow, we’ve had a 13 per cent increase in visitors already this year, which is very welcome after two challenging seasons for our operators.
“We’re already looking ahead to the green season when we start work on three new mountain biking trails that will add 10km to our existing 60km trail network, including terrain for beginners and families.
“We’re also finalising our summer events calendar and are excited to welcome back events including the Oscars and the Mt Buller Billycart Bash.”
