WHAT a great start to the 2025 winter season!

The smiles on the dials for opening weekend were endless.

Speaking with some of the ole timers they said the last time conditions were this good was back in 2000 - a long time between drinks.

Since opening weekend the resorts of Hotham and Dinner Plain have been busy putting on the final touches for the upcoming school holidays and busily marketing to fill remaining beds.

Part of this includes working collaboratively with the likes of Visit Victoria that bought Channel 7s Sunrise to Hotham and Dinner Plain to showcase our region to the rest of Australia.

After a couple of ordinary seasons we need to rebuild confidence that we have snow and some deals to make your holiday memorable and affordable.

You just have to look!

In the meantime we have had a couple more snowfalls and some really cold weather to aid snowmaking efforts.

With more lifts scheduled to open by the time you read this we are firmly on track for a good winter season.
