NOW in its seventh year, the annual Mind Body Bike Women's Festival will return to Mt Buller on the weekend of February 17 to 19.

The festival showcases local talent through a diverse range of workshops.

This year there are five locals taking part and offering ten unique workshops.

They include Vietnamese cooking with Andy Kappas; yoga, reiki and sound healing, plus women's wellness with Uschi Steedman; women's well–being with Alicia Crowe; yoga with Shayne Mitchell; and family calming rituals, wholefoods lifestyles and women's well–being with Marcelle Le Brocque Miller.

There is also an art therapy class, and ten different mountain bike skill sessions or guided rides, including the Epic and Delatite Trail.

Now is the perfect time to ride after recent trail work by the resort, the trails are riding beautifully.

The first women's biking weekend was held in 2010, however recognising the need for downtime for all women regardless of their interest or budget, Mind Body Bike was born in 2017.

Event founder Narelle Rademaker's vision was to connect women from different backgrounds and interests by creating a welcoming space for self–care, the chance to try something new, and the opportunity to take time out to re–engage and recharge.

Individual workshops start from $30 per person, with day visitor and onsite accommodation options available to cater for different time–frames and budgets.

"Every year we welcome women from across the region, Melbourne and southern NSW," said Narelle.

"Some travel with friends, and others travel on their own.

"Many return every year after their initial visit.

"Two of our annual guests will be returning for their sixth time in 2023.

"The past two years have been particularly challenging to navigate for everyone.

"Mind Body Bike is a great chance to reset and enjoy some collective downtime.

"It is an incredibly uplifting and fulfilling event to be a part of."

Bookings close on Thursday February 16.
