Italy Dolomites

Italy – Dolomites (3 peaks)

This world class carousel of ski resorts is one of the biggest and the best snow holiday destinations on the planet. The Dolomites surpass all others encompassing 12 resorts teeming with groomed pistes, family slopes, gnarly back country and off-piste terrain, loads of snow parks and adventure tours throughout this World Heritage site. The Superski experience means only 1lift pass is required to explore 1,200 kilometres of prepared trails interconnected by over 450 state-of-the-art lifts and gondolas.

The 3 Peaks are the landmark of the Dolomites in the heart of the famed nature park. The resorts of Alta Badia, Val d’Fassa and Cortina d’Ampezzo are the centre point and are flush with beautiful villages full of tradition and culture. Here there’s a perpetual latticework of cruising corduroy, wild descents, choice powder and umpteen activities for absolutely everyone from first timers to old timers and experts. This region is also home to the incredible and must-do Sellaronda ski tour. The tour is a 40 kilometre journey, 27 of which are a pure skiing binge, winding through the stunning snowscape of the Ladin district.

Not only are the choices of where to ride endless, the mountains are bursting with fancy hotels or the simple inns only accessible by ski, snowcat or funicular railway. There’s no shortage of unique and wonderful restaurants and cafes to refuel and absorb the picture perfect scenery. There are simply no words that do justice to the wonder of the Dolomites experience.
