THE Mansfield High Country Festival returns bigger and better than ever in 2022 and runs from October 28 until November 1.
It all kicks off at 5pm on October 28 with the official opening fireworks night at Mansfield Botanic Park with kids' entertainment, a petting zoo, roaming entertainers, FReeZA youth rock out concert and of course fireworks.
Local wine, beer and cider will be available alongside a selection of delicious food options including pizza, bao buns, dumplings, ice cream and twisty potatoes.
No BYO or dogs permitted at festival sites.
There will be a quiet session from 4pm–5pm featuring councils' new sensory tent and quiet zone for those who are sensitive to the carnival atmosphere.
The Emergency Services Torchlight Parade will also return to High Street on Friday night from 8pm to say thanks to the hard working emergency personnel and volunteers as they march from the CFA station to the Botanic Park.
Speaking of parades, the Martin's Garage Parade is also back for 2022.
A signature event in the Mansfield High Country Festival sees Mansfield dress up, show off and parade along High Street.
With a wonderful array of decorated bikes, cars, ingeniously designed floats and community groups and amazing cash prizes presented for the best entries in each category.
