France Val d’Isère - Tignes

Siting side by side high in the stunning Tarentaise Valley, Val d’Isere and Tinges resorts form the Espace Killy ski area. This sprawling patch of paradise is home to the highest snow riding terrain and has one of the longest ski seasons in Europe. Thanks to the mighty Grande Motte Glacier, skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed up to 10 months of the year.

The seamless link between the two resorts means over 300km of groomed piste accessed by 86 lifts which will transport visitors between altitudes of 1500 and 3500 metres. Mother earth has blessed this region with varied terrain providing steeps, bowls, gullies and open gentle slopes meaning there’s something for all abilities. On top of the Solaise there is a purpose built beginners area with a magic carpet and loads of space for those first turns.

Tignes and Val d’Isere are the Holy Grail for freeriders with “Naturide” (non-groomed runs) and hair raising off-psite.
