Everyone loves a great charity event and this is one of the best and possibly the coldest where this year after recent snowfalls there might be a few icicles in the lake.
On the first day of June, the diehards take the Falls Creek Ice Plunge and besides some shivering, also raise money to Fight MND plus and earn themselves some respect from the spectators and a chance to win great prizes.
Paying respects to the snow gods and welcoming winter at the same time is what this traditional day is all about. Plus snatch one of 33 ducks in the Rocky Valley Lake to win, with over $2000 worth of EPIC prizes to be won.
