Coronet Peak

Coronet Peak is one of New Zealand’s favourite ski resorts. Its breath taking roller coaster terrain across interconnecting bowls provides amazing runs for all abilities and is especially ideal for beginners and intermediates. For advanced thrill seekers there are steeper and more challenging guided off-piste trails to explore as well as ample moguls. Those just starting out can safely learn skills and build confidence in the dedicated novice area with conveyor lifts, beginner handle tow and double chairlift.

Coronet Peak is ideal for families and being only a 20 minute car trip from Queenstown means less time traveling and more time having fun. There’s an array of places to eat and drink while enjoying the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. At the end of an exhilarating day visitors can relax and re-energise in the Hot Pool Onsen or hit the slopes again and put in more turns under lights on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings when night skiing illuminates the mountain. The memories made at Coronet Park is what keeps people coming back season after season.
